Film restoration, SFX edit, sound design, BG edit, and 5.1 mix for theatrical mix.

This was a feature length film audio restoration project.

All I was given to work with was the original optical 2 channel printmaster. Yikes!!

They of coarse needed it 5.1 with stems and a fully filled M&E. NOT an easy job!

But I love restoring old films so I can’t complain.

The challenge is to maintain the original sound but punch it up a bit to keep it exciting.
